At Gibson Auto, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their vehicle purchase. Because vehicles are sold as pre-owned and financing terms are agreed upon prior to purchase, all sales are considered final.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

• We do not offer automatic returns or exchanges once a vehicle has been purchased and delivered.

• In certain cases, management may review requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 calendar days of purchase. This applies only if there is a major undisclosed mechanical issue that is verified by an independent licensed mechanic.

Warranties and Protections

• Vehicles may be covered under optional warranty or GAP insurance at an additional cost.

• Warranty claims, if purchased, must be handled through the warranty provider and are not considered returns.

• Gibson Auto is not responsible for wear-and-tear issues, maintenance, or repairs that arise after delivery unless otherwise covered under a purchased warranty plan.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have reviewed the vehicle, financing terms, and all included protections prior to finalizing a purchase.

• Test drives and inspections are encouraged before purchase.
